No two people are a like whether they are neurodivergent or not. We should avoid making assumptions about how peoples differences might affect them. As we learn more about neurodiversity the language around it and the way we refer to neurodvergents is evolving. It is important to approach our neurodvergent workforce with respect whilst being mindful to keep the person at the center and to put aside any assumptions and get to know the individual.
